Job Title: Ferrari Sales Assistant / Inventory Manager
Location: Ferrari of Austin

Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Job Summary
As a key member of our Ferrari dealership team, the Sales Assistant / Inventory Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience, managing the full vehicle sales process, and supporting dealership operations.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury automotive performance.
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be committed to upholding Ferrari’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Enter and manage sales leads in the CRM system
- Respond promptly, honestly, and accurately to all customer inquiries (in-person, phone, and internet)
- Follow up with all prospective and existing clients in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to support future sales and referrals
- Tailor new vehicle orders to individual client specifications using the Ferrari Configurator
- Advise and negotiate loan terms with clients and process credit applications accordingly
- Prepare and print all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales transactions
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable at all times (e.g., cars on tenders, wheel caps aligned)
- Rearrange showroom vehicles as needed to enhance customer experience
- Inspect incoming vehicles upon delivery and manage stock-in procedures
- Prep vehicles for customer delivery to ensure they meet Ferrari’s high standards Fuel vehicles in order to maintain a compliant display
- Assist in closing and securing the dealership at the end of the business day
- Process and maintain trade-in folders and documentation
- Input new vehicle orders into the Ferrari Modis system
- Ensure the Ferrari Configurator is functional and up to date
- Communicate effectively with the Service Department to coordinate vehicle readiness and client needs
- Stay current with all required Ferrari training and certifications
- Represent the Ferrari brand at events and assist with event setup and coordination
- Promote and sell brand experiences such as Corso Pilota and Ferrari of Austin Track Days
- Generate leads and sales opportunities through event participation and client engagement
- Prior experience in automotive sales, luxury sales, or dealership operations preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for luxury automobiles and the Ferrari brand
